You see, 15 years ago, I was completely broke.
I remember the police once put the “boot” on the wheel of my old VW Rabbit, preventing me from driving, because I had so many outstanding parking tickets that I simply couldn’t pay.
I was in debt and struggling.
And then, I had a major breakthrough 11 years ago.
I emerged in my own work as a speaker and spoken word artist in San Francisco, and a following began to develop around my message.
After hearing me speak, women began coming up to me and asking me,
“How did you do that? How did you captiate the entire audience? I could have heard a pin drop! You were magnetizing.
I have a message in me too. I’m struggling to get it out. It hurts to have it stuck inside. Can you help me?”
What I taught them was very unconventional, but it worked.
In the first 3 months of my work, I was working with a TED speaker and a CNN Hero on their talks and their public speaking.
They had incredible stories but they were terrified and awkward in their speaking.
In our work together, I taught them my unique energy practices and I wrote their talks.
Those talks turned out amazing, and the women were dynamite on stage.
Their speaking careers catapulted.
And word began to spread of my work.
I didn’t even have a website for the first nearly two years of my work.
I didn’t need to because people were talking.
Clients shared with other women about my unusual energetic and somatic techniques for supporting women in finding the freedom to speak up authentically and powerfully.
They shared about my knack for writing talks that moved audiences to tears and wild applause.
I was soon filled-to-capacity in my private coaching practice.
In my first year, I made high 5 figures from private coaching. In year two, I made 6 figures.
I then raised my rates every year, and my income increased year over year.
This income allowed me to grow my business, get myself out of debt, travel, and buy myself some nice stuff…things I couldn’t do before.
It allowed me to only have to work 1-3 days per week for the two years after my kid was born because my one-day and three-day private intensives provided so well for me.
It allowed me to leave an empty marriage with a young baby and know that I would be okay financially.
It allowed me then to bootstrap the launch of my company WomanSpeak, and to fund the growth of our speaking circles that are now all over the world.
It allowed me to have the funds to start my own second Airbnb business.
It has allowed me to travel the planet working with women all across the US, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Singapore….
and for the last two years, to have a private practice working with women internationally over zoom.

The WomanSpeak Coach Certification Program – 6 months
This is where you will learn the skill and artistry to become a masterful WomanSpeak Coach and work successfully with one-on-one clients.
You will have 6 months of learning deeply with me advanced WomanSpeak practices for public speaking training, message development, & in writing stellar talks, keynotes and presentations.
You will practice in cohorts clarifying messaging, thought leadership messaging platforms, and keynote talks. You will learn how to write both long and short form keynote talks, and you will receive feedback and refinement from me to further develop your skill and your unique artistry in this craft.
You will receive step-by-step, tried & true curriculum for effortlessly guiding your private clients in a variety of 2 hour, 1 day, 1 week, and 3-6 month private programs, and you will become highly skilled and masterful in leading these programs so you are ready to offer them to your private clients.
You will also receive extensive training in how to market and build your business. This is an intensive training that will leave you confident and fully prepared to go out and start a successful career providing private, top-level leadership, communication and thought leadership marketing coaching & consulting.
Structure: There are comprehensive monthly training videos and worksheets, training calls with KC, and peer groups for practicing the messaging development, speechwriting, and advanced public speaking training skills you are learning, as well as a vibrant and active Facebook group community.
An optional week long in person intensive training retreat with KC.

You will receive step-by-step, in-depth, proven curriculum for guiding your clients in two hour, one-day and week-long intensives, and 3-6 month private coaching programs.
This means, from the day you graduate, you can start offering coaching packages that range from $500-10,000 per coaching package, and go up from there as your experience grows.
You can easily tailor this curriculum to your audience and adjust the curriculum according to your client’s needs.
You can also incorporate it with other coaching programs and packages you already offer.
I’m going to teach you exactly how to spread your own message so you build an audience around your work, and exactly how to then enroll your audience into becoming paying private clients.
If you want to build a sustainable six-figure coaching business as a WomanSpeak Coach, then you’ll want to sell 2-5 coaching packages or intensives each month until you are full.
It’s a great income…and…it can be just the starting point!
I can’t promise or guarantee you can do this – it’s up to you to implement and execute on what you learn.

FAQ
Will I have to have a license to be a WomanSpeak Coach?
Yes, once you complete the WomanSpeak Coach Certification Training Program, you will then have the opportunity to sign an official licensing agreement that allows you to then go and teach WomanSpeak’s Coach 1:1 curriculum. You will pay a monthly licensing fee of $47 or pay $550 annually to teach the WomanSpeak Coach 1:1 curriculum.
To obtain a WomanSpeak Circle Leader License you must pay a monthly fee of $47 or pay $550 annually to teach WomanSpeak’s group facilitation Circle curriculum.
While taking the Circle Leader Training is a prerequisite to becoming a WomanSpeak Coach, you are not required to maintain a WomanSpeak Circle Leader license while maintaining a WomanSpeak Coach certification license
Nor are you required to pay the WomanSpeak Coach certification licensing fee, if you are only facilitating group WomanSpeak Circles.
Will the program calls be during a time that people in Australia or New Zealand can attend?
Yes, all calls are scheduled so that people in Australia and New Zealand will be able to attend in their morning.
My schedule is so busy. Can I really have time for this program?
Yes, every woman who does this program and is called to this work is a highly busy woman with a lot of important commitments in her life. We understand that. We have created this program to take that into consideration, so we can fit with your schedule.
You’ll have videos and trainings that can be watched at any time. We have coaching calls every week and masterclasses with KC. You can come to all or some of them and be able to get what you need from the program. That’s why we offer so many calls so that women can work it into their own schedule, and they are not all required.
There are women who run major companies, have children and have been able to successfully complete this work and fit it into their busy lives and schedules.
If the commitment and desire is there for you, you can do this and we help make that possible.

Is there ongoing support for me in getting my coaching practice up, running and successful after the certification program ends?
Yes! After you complete the certification program, you will have monthly ongoing training.
There are training, marketing and business support calls that happen every single month.
You also will have an incredibly supportive Facebook group community of other WomanSpeak Coaches. It is an incredibly generous community of women who really help each other and their businesses to be successful.
You will have your WomanSpeak Coach Hub with all kinds of marketing support and resources, along with updates to your WomanSpeak Coach curriculum.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
After you have access to the training, on Monday November 8th, there are no refunds, and any agreed upon payment plans are owed.
We do however offer a No Fail Guarantee. “We guarantee your success as a WomanSpeak Circle Leader and WomanSpeak Coach and that you will be ready to lead WomanSpeak Circles and coach woman privately in your community upon completion of your training, and will continue to support you through the WomanSpeak Coach Certification program, with all the support that is a part of that program, for as long as you need until you have successfully become certified and licensed, and are ready to host your first WomanSpeak Circle and/or coach women privately.”
Is there an affiliate program that I can become part of to help promote the next WomanSpeak Coach Certification program?
Yes! We would love it if you would help us spread the word about our incredible professional training programs to other women who are passionate about uplifting women’s voices and want to develop a business doing so.
