WomanSpeak is growing quickly, and we are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with the highest level of communication and interpersonal skills, a technically savvy background, and a passion for supporting women’s voices & leadership. We are looking for someone aligned with our core mission and values.
WHO IS KC BAKER?
Previously an investment banking analyst and assistant for two US Senators, KC Baker is an international women’s thought leadership & public speaking trainer, speechwriter, and two-time TEDx speaker and is renowned for her unorthodox and highly effective methodologies.
She believes that the key to positive transformation in our world lies in supporting women in unleashing the brilliance of their voices
Featured in the Wall Street Journal, The Daily Love, and Women 2.0, KC has been hailed as “One of the Top Planetary Changemakers” by Origin Magazine.
She has supported thousands of women around the world in finding the freedom, confidence and clarity to speak up and create change. Her clients are women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, authors, founders of foundations, Olympians, TED/TEDx speakers, politicians and non-profit social changemakers. Women who have worked with KC have gone on to speak on stages such as The American Heart Association, TED/TEDx, Wisdom 2.0, Bioneers, Emerging Women, Lamaze International, Princeton, Hass Business School at UC Berkeley, conferences and symposiums around the world, and local community gatherings
She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a lover of dance, singing and nature. She splits her time between Sedona, AZ and the Bay Area, CA and is the proud mother of her son, Connor.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Support WomanSpeak™ by being a program manager for the successful operations of two of our main programs:
1. Worldwide WomanSpeak™ Circle free Facebook community and monthly events
2. WomanSpeak™ Society monthly calls -
Create and maintain strong and detailed project plans and Standard Operating Procedures.

Coordinate with relevant team members such as our copywriter, technical assistant, and WomanSpeak™ trainers.

Manage the promotion and communication of the monthly events to our community.

Manage the fulfillment and ongoing improvements to our evergreen courses.

Manage complications that come up and resolve them accordingly.

EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATOR (READ THIS).

You know how to independently manage your workload and you respond to last-minute curve balls with ease. You thrive on learning new things and finding solutions, even in fast-paced environments. Taking direction gracefully, then making it all happen, is your specialty.

Completing projects on time is how you like to do it. You value follow-through and are over-committed from start to finish. You’re organized and a planner. And you’re not just a double-checker, but a triple, quadruple-checker for potential issues.

REQUIREMENTS
- Open to applicants who live in the US and Canada.
- Must be fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- A dedication and energetic buy-in to the mission & values.
- Availability and work performed generally during core WomanSpeak business hours (9am-4pm Pacific Time).
- Willingness to extend work hours during launch time.
- Compensation is both hourly + profit sharing.
This is a part-time position in a rapidly growing company. The role starts at 10-20 hours per MONTH.
