WHO CAN BECOME A WOMANSPEAK CIRCLE LEADER?
WomanSpeak Circle Leaders are diverse and multi-talented. You don’t need any formal leadership experience or public speaking experience to be successful.

As a manager in the high tech industry in Silicon Valley, I often find myself working amongst men in technology who treat less technical roles with lack of respect (a challenge for the only 19% of women who are in technology compared to the 81% of men), and therefore find myself holding my voice back. WHAT IS MY INCOME POTENTIAL AS A CIRCLE LEADER?
WomanSpeak Circle Leaders can lead any of the following options and we provide all the training and curriculum for each. You get to set your own rates but our suggested range is below, depending on what market you are in:
6 Week WomanSpeak Circle Intensive
$600-1000 per member
16 Month Ongoing WomanSpeak Circle that meets twice per month. Members can join at any time, pay per month or for the full program in advance.
$89-170 per member per month
Full-Day WomanSpeak Circle Experience (a great primer for enrollment into the 6 Week Intensive or 16 month ongoing Circle)
$395-695 per member for the day
AND… you can INCREASE your potential by:
– leading multiple Circles
– partnering with another person to co-lead your Circle

The program begins on Monday, March 29th and and you can enroll through midnight, March 18th.
Calls are held weekly on Thursdays at 2pm PDT. Each call is approximately 90 minutes. Below are the details of each live call in the program.

You’ll learn all of the WomanSpeak Facilitation Practices, including an understanding of WomanSpeak philosophy and why it’s important. You’ll deepen your understanding of WomanSpeak core practices and learn the process of WomanSpeak Speaker Certification for Circle Members, as well as their experience.

Thursday, April 8th at 2pm PDT
You’ll learn How to Market & Fill Your Circle, which includes learning the practices and processes of enrollment, and how to hold an Introductory Event. You’ll learn the structure of your Circle— including costs, details about licensing, finding a venue, and hosting your Circle online.

Thursday, April 15th at 2pm PDT
You’ll learn How to Successfully Run Your Circle. You’ll review the WomanSpeak curriculum, and the format in which you lead your Circle. You’ll also get a deeper understanding of the core practices that will make leading your Circle a truly transformational experience for your Members.

You’ll focus on and develop marketing strategies for your Circle. You’ll begin to prepare a marketing plan (which will be submitted for graduation), and connect with others around marketing techniques and work through marketing objections.

Thursday, May 13th at 2pm PDT
You’ll prepare for completion of the training program by 1) submitting your personal marketing plan, 2) recording and submitting your 2-min final graduation video, and 3) passing your final exam.

IF I MISS A CALL, WILL THERE BE RECORDINGS?
Yes! If you are unable to join any of the live calls, don’t worry! We will record each call, and if you miss a call, we will support you in partnering up with another woman and reviewing the calls & doing the practice exercises together, at a time that works for you. Even if you make it to the live training calls, we’ll encourage you to practice with others as well!

Following your successful graduation of the program and approval of your graduation materials, you will be able to sign up for your license, which includes:
Cost: $550 annually or 12 monthly payments of $47
Includes:
- 1 year license to continue teaching WomanSpeak proprietary work
- Monthly group training calls for Circle Leaders
- Annual classes, continued education, insider updates on WomanSpeak curriculum and new developments

WHAT IS THE REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
After you have access to the training, on Monday March 29th, there are no refunds, and any agreed upon payment plans are owed. We do however offer a No Fail Guarantee. “We guarantee your success as a WomanSpeak Circle Leader and that you will be ready to lead WomanSpeak Circles in your community upon completion of your training, and will continue to support you through the WomanSpeak Circle Leader Training program, with all the support that is a part of that program, for as long as you need until you have successfully become certified, and are ready to host your first WomanSpeak Circle.”
