Our loving and knowledgeable WomanSpeak Support Team provides fast, friendly help via email, Monday morning through Friday (9-5pm Pacific Time).
WomanSpeak does not offer phone support. Why? Phone support requires substantial staffing expenses, and typically isn’t efficient for the type of support needed, which usually involves exchanging web links or emailing documents, processing payments, and offering technical support that involves processes with built-in wait times.
Focusing on email support allows us to efficiently serve our members, while keeping costs down as WomanSpeak continues to grow.
