By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any WomanSpeak program, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

About WomanSpeak

WomanSpeak, Inc. is a women's public speaking, thought leadership, and leadership training company founded by KC Baker, based in Sedona, Arizona. We offer virtual and in-person programs including the WomanSpeak 6-Week Intensive, WomanSpeak Circles (recurring membership), Circle Leader Training (certification program), LEGENDS Mastermind (12-month thought leadership program), foundation courses, workshops, and digital products such as e-books and recorded trainings.

Refund Policy

If after the first week of any WomanSpeak program you decide it is not the right fit for you, email support@womanspeak.com and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The first-week refund window begins on the date of your purchase (or the date access is granted, whichever is later) and ends 7 calendar days after that date. Beyond the first week, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Digital products (e-books, recorded trainings, and downloadable content): All sales of digital products are final once accessed or downloaded, as these are immediately delivered digital goods.

If you are on a payment plan, all remaining installments remain due regardless of your continued participation. Failure to complete payment plan installments does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.

To request a refund, email support@womanspeak.com with your full name, the program purchased, and your date of purchase. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation of Recurring Memberships

For recurring memberships (such as WomanSpeak Circles), you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing your Circle Leader or support@womanspeak.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. The one-week refund window applies to the initial enrollment period only; subsequent billing cycles are governed by this cancellation policy.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Recurring memberships automatically renew each month at the current rate until you cancel. You will be charged on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time by emailing your Circle Leader or support@womanspeak.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If the membership rate changes, you will be notified in advance of your next billing date.

Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Payment plan installments are binding financial commitments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of your access to program materials and community spaces.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact support@womanspeak.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend your access and pursue all available remedies to recover the amount owed.

Delivery of Services

Access to live programs (such as the 6-Week Intensive, LEGENDS Mastermind, and Circle Leader Training) begins on the program start date as described on the sales page. Curriculum and materials are released according to the program schedule. Access to on-demand content and digital products is granted immediately upon purchase.

Intellectual Property

All WomanSpeak content, curriculum, methodologies, materials, videos, worksheets, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive property of WomanSpeak, Inc. and/or KC Baker. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, screen-record, or redistribute any materials without written consent.

Account Access

Your login is for your personal use only. Do not share your credentials or access with others. We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated, without refund.

Community Conduct

By joining any WomanSpeak community space (WhatsApp, Zoom, in-person events, online platforms), you agree to treat others with respect, maintain confidentiality of what is shared in group settings, refrain from gossip or negative talk, and refrain from solicitation or promotion of outside businesses. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these agreements, without refund.

Recording Consent

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and on-demand access. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, email support@womanspeak.com.

Disclaimer

WomanSpeak programs are educational in nature. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, career outcomes, or speaking engagements. Our programs are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WomanSpeak, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree to contact support@womanspeak.com to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Yavapai County, Arizona. All proceedings are on an individual basis only; class actions are waived.

General

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, delivery methods, and pricing at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes. These Terms may be updated; the current version will always be available on our website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.womanspeak.com/privacy-policy.
